2025 Assessment Roll Notice
NOTICE OF PREPARATION OF ASSESSMENT ROLL
Notice is hereby given that the Assessment Roll for the Rural Municipality of Wolverine No. 340, for the year 2025, has been prepared and is open to inspection by appointment at the office of the Assessor from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday to Friday from April 4th to June 4th, 2025, excluding April 18th and April 21st.
A bylaw pursuant to Section 214 of The Municipalities Act has been passed and the assessment notices have been sent as required.
Any person who wishes to appeal against his or her assessment is required to file his or her notice of appeal, accompanied by a $300.00 appeal fee, which will be returned if the appeal is successful with: The Secretary of the Board of Revision, Western Municipal Consulting Ltd., Box 149, Meota, SK, S0M 1X0, by the 4th day of June, 2025.
