Discretionary Permit – Public Notice
Public notice is hereby given that the Council of the Rural Municipality of Wolverine No. 340 intends to review and make a decision on a discretionary use development permit application as per the regulations of the R.M. of Wolverine No. 340 Zoning Bylaw No. 03-09.
INTENT: The proposed discretionary use is in the form of a development permit which requests for the development of a principal commercial use, that being a gravel pit, on a farm quarter section within an Agricultural District.
BACKGROUND: The discretionary use will take place on lands legally described as NE 28-35-23 W2 Ext. 59.
REASON: The reason for this notice is to allow the applicant to explore and extract aggregate from the land.
PUBLIC INSPECTION: Any person may inspect the proposed discretionary use development permit application at the R.M. of Wolverine No. 340 office located in Burr, Saskatchewan during regular office hours.
PUBLIC PARTICIPATION: Council will provide the public with an opportunity to comment on the discretionary use development permit on Friday, June 11th, 2021 at 10:00 am at the R.M. of Wolverine No. 340 office.
